Extension of Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions; Multiple Chemicals

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended time-limited tolerances for residues of certain pesticides in various commodities, in response to emergency exemptions granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). This decision also removes tolerances for flupyradifurone in sugar cane and sweet sorghum commodities.
