HHS Proposes Revision to National Environmental Policy Act Compliance Procedures for Flood Risk Management

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is proposing a revision to its National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance procedures to incorporate the Federal Flood Risk Management Standard Procedures, which will consider climate science when evaluating actions in floodplains.
