Department of the Interior Modifies Privacy Act System of Records for Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement

The Department of the Interior is issuing a public notice to modify its Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement Privacy Act system of records, INTERIOR/OSM-12, Blaster Certification, to update the system notice and reflect changes to the bureau designation and other general and administrative updates.
