U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Incidental Harassment Authorization for Northern Sea Otters in Alaska

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes a one-year incidental harassment authorization for nonlethal take of up to 82 northern sea otters in Southcentral Alaska, in response to a request from the City of Cordova, Alaska.
