U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Indian Paper Shopping Bags

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Indian producers and exporters of certain paper shopping bags are receiving countervailable subsidies, with the investigation period spanning January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022.
