EPA Proposes Modification to Personnel Security System

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to modify its Personnel Security System (PSS) 2.0 to include a new module for its Insider Threat Program, which will collect records to assist with insider threat inquiry management and coordination.
