Modernization of Beneficial Ownership Reporting

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is adopting amendments to rules governing beneficial ownership reporting, including shortened filing deadlines and expanded filing timeframes, as well as clarifications on disclosure requirements and technical revisions.
