Bonneville Proposes Modifications to Open Access Transmission Tariff

Bonneville is seeking to modify its open access transmission tariff to implement a first-ready, first-served cluster study process for new large generator interconnection requests and establish a transition process for pending requests, with the proposed changes set to take effect on June 30, 2024.
