Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement Version 1.1

The National Coordinator for Health Information Technology has published an updated version of the Common Agreement, version 1.1, in compliance with the Public Health Service Act (PHSA). This notice fulfills an obligation to make the updated agreement available on the Office of the National Coordinator's public website and in the Federal Register.
