Bureau of Industry and Security Corrects Export Administration Regulations for Samsung and SK hynix in China

The Bureau of Industry and Security published a rule on October 17, 2023, to revise the existing Validated End-User list for Samsung China Semiconductor Co. Ltd. and SK hynix Semiconductor (China) Ltd., correcting omissions that resulted in incorrect descriptions of eligible items and the failure to remove a redundant entry.
