EPA Proposes Revisions to Privacy Act Regulations for EPA-100 System

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revise its Privacy Act regulations to exempt a new system of records, EPA-100, from certain requirements, citing law enforcement needs and the need to avoid interference in investigations.
