DoD Terminates Environmental Impact Statement Preparation for Homeland Defense Radar-Hawaii

The Department of Defense (DoD) is terminating the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the construction and operation of a Homeland Defense Radar in Hawaii, as the program has been postponed since 2019 and no funds have been appropriated since fiscal year 2022.
