SEC Grants Conditional Exemptive Relief from Consolidated Audit Trail Requirements

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted conditional exemptive relief from certain requirements of the National Market System Plan governing the Consolidated Audit Trail, pursuant to Section 36(a)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 608(e) of Regulation NMS.
