EPA Approves New York's Ozone Implementation Plan to Meet 2008 and 2015 NAAQS Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the State of New York to meet the 2008 and 2015 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The approval includes certification of New York's plans for reducing ozone emissions from new sources and fleets.
