OMB Establishes New System of Records for FOIA and Privacy Act Requests

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is creating a new system of records to track and manage Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act requests, covering all types of requests received through the National FOIA Portal and other authorized means.
