U.S. Department of Commerce Determines Circumvention of Antidumping Duty Order on Indian Pipe and Tube Imports

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that imports of certain welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from Vietnam, produced using hot-rolled steel from India, are circumventing the antidumping duty order on pipe and tube from India.
