Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Permit Application for Sand Skink Habitat Construction in Lake County, Florida

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Enterprise Leasing Company of Orlando, LLC for an incidental take permit to construct a commercial development in Lake County, Florida, which may be eligible for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act.
