EPA Proposes Changes to L-Lactic Acid Tolerance Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to remove a duplicative exemption and establish new exemptions for lactic acid residues in various applications, including dairy and food processing, fruit and vegetable washes, and animal drinking water.
