FHWA Publishes Revised Stewardship and Oversight Agreement Template

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has released a revised Stewardship and Oversight (S&O) Agreement template, which will be used by 52 FHWA Division Offices and their respective State Departments of Transportation to develop and execute new agreements within 1 year.
