SEPTA Requests Amendment to Positive Train Control Safety Plan

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) has submitted a request for amendment to its Positive Train Control Safety Plan to update its onboard computer to Rev. 14.00, addressing two defects, and is seeking public comment on the proposed changes.
