EPA Updates Kentucky State Implementation Plan Materials Incorporated by Reference

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating the materials incorporated by reference into the Commonwealth of Kentucky's State Implementation Plan, which have been previously submitted and approved by EPA, and also clarifying corrections and changes to the Code of Federal Regulations tables.
