US Department of Transportation Proposes New System of Records for Aviation Adjudications

The US Department of Transportation, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, proposes a new system of records to collect and maintain case records for in-house administrative adjudications and mediations in aviation litigation proceedings.
