Access Board Establishes New Privacy Act System of Records

The Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board (Access Board) has created a new system of records, USAB.002--Complaint Tracking System, to track complaints filed under the Architectural Barriers Act, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974.
