EPA Approves New Jersey's Regional Haze State Implementation Plan for Second Implementation Period

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved New Jersey's revised regional haze State implementation plan, submitted on March 26, 2020, as meeting the requirements of the Clean Air Act and EPA's Regional Haze Rule for the program's second implementation period.
