DHS Clarifies Authority Over Customs Ports of Entry and Stations
The Department of Homeland Security has clarified that the Secretary of Homeland Security can establish, rearrange, consolidate, or discontinue Customs ports of entry and stations, and has revised Customs and Border Protection regulations to reflect this authority.
