U.S. Department of Commerce Determines No Subsidy on Prestressed Concrete Steel Wire Strand from Ukraine

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that PJSC Stalkanat did not sell prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Ukraine in the U.S. at a price lower than its normal value during the review period of November 19, 2020, through May 31, 2022.
