Guidance on Nonbank Financial Company Determinations

The Financial Stability Oversight Council has released final interpretive guidance on the process for determining whether nonbank financial companies should be subject to prudential standards and supervision by the Federal Reserve, as outlined in the Dodd-Frank Act.
