DoD Proposes Changes to DFARS for Commercial Item Contracts

The Department of Defense is proposing amendments to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to clarify the applicability of certain laws and clauses to commercial item contracts, following sections of the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Years 2018 and 2019.
