FLRA Adopts Final Rule for Filing Documents with CIP

The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) has adopted a final rule requiring parties to schedule appointments at least one business day in advance to file documents in person with the Office of Case Intake and Publication (CIP), and specifies an electronic filing deadline of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
