Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Application for Incidental Take Permit for Alabama Beach Mouse Habitat

The Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Christopher Johnson and Gator Wood Properties, LLC for an incidental take permit to construct a multi-family development in Baldwin County, Alabama, which may be eligible for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act.
