Wild Bird Conservation Act; Receipt of Permit Applications

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comment on permit applications for foreign bird species under the Wild Bird Conservation Act, which prohibits certain activities with listed species unless authorized by the federal government.
