Fish and Wildlife Service Receives Permit Application for Housing Development in Florida

The Fish and Wildlife Service has received an application from Mountain Lake Corporation for an incidental take permit to construct a housing development in Polk County, Florida, which may be eligible for a categorical exclusion under the National Environmental Policy Act.
