EPA Extends Comment Period for Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Vessels Rule

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period on proposed amendments to the Standards of Performance for Volatile Organic Liquid Storage Vessels (Including Petroleum Liquid Storage Vessels) by 18 days, from November 20, 2023, to December 8, 2023.
