States' Decisions on Participating in Accounting and Auditing Relief for Federal Oil and Gas Marginal Properties

The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) has released a list of qualifying marginal Federal oil and gas properties, and each State has decided whether to participate in accounting and auditing relief options, which allow for simplified royalty reporting and payment.
