EPA Grants Partial Objection to Century Aluminum of South Carolina, Inc. Operating Permit

The EPA Administrator signed an order on November 2, 2023, partially denying a petition from Sierra Club and the Environmental Integrity Project, which objected to a Clean Air Act operating permit issued to Century Aluminum of South Carolina, Inc. for its Mt. Holly facility in Berkeley County, South Carolina.
