Endangered Species; Modification to Incidental Take Permit

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a modification to an Incidental Take Permit (ITP) for Dominion Virginia Power to allow for the incidental take of Atlantic sturgeon during the operation of the Dominion Chesterfield Power Station in Virginia.
