Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders on Certain Aluminum Foil From the People's Republic of China: Final Affirmative Determinations of Circumvention With Respect to the Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Thailand

The U.S. Department of Commerce has determined that imports of certain aluminum foil from Korea and Thailand, made with Chinese-manufactured inputs, circumvent US antidumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum foil from China.
