Echo Offshore LLC Issued Letter of Authorization for Marine Mammal Take in Gulf of Mexico

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a Letter of Authorization (LOA) to Echo Offshore LLC for the incidental take of marine mammals during geophysical surveys related to oil and gas activities in the Gulf of Mexico, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
