EPA Proposes Reissuance of 2026 Pesticide General Permit for Point Source Discharges

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a draft 2026 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Pesticide General Permit (PGP) that would authorize point source discharges from pesticide applications to US waters for a five-year term.
