Federal Land Managers' Air Quality Related Values Work Group Publishes Draft Addendum to 2010 Report

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service, and U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service are seeking public comments on a draft addendum to the 2010 Phase 1 Report of the Federal Land Managers' Air Quality Related Values Work Group, which includes a provision related to temporary emissions.
