FAA Adopts New Airworthiness Directive for Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) for Rolls-Royce Deutschland Ltd & Co KG (RRD) Model RB211-Trent 800 engines to address reports of cracks on intermediate-pressure compressor (IPC) rotor shaft balance lands.
