The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking public comment on a proposed 4-year renewal of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Deeming Authority for Medicare Advantage Health Maintenance Organizations and Preferred Provider Organizations, with a new term of approval set to begin October 19, 2010, and end October 18, 2014.
