Amendment of Class E Airspace; Park River, ND

This action proposes to amend the Class E airspace at Park River, ND. The FAA is proposing this action due to the development of new public instrument procedures and to support instrument flight rule (IFR) operations. The name of the airport would also be updated to coincide with the FAA's aeronautical database.
