Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone in Suisun Bay for Explosive Handling Operations
The US Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone in Suisun Bay, off Concord, CA, from November 26 to December 3, 2023, to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment during explosive handling operations at Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO).
