EPA Delegation of Authority to Virginia for Hazardous Air Pollutants and NSPS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has acknowledged Virginia's updated delegation of authority to implement and enforce additional or revised National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), as announced on October 24, 2023.
