FAA Proposes 25-Hour Cockpit Voice Recorder Requirement for New Aircraft

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing a rulemaking to increase the recording time of cockpit voice recorders from 2 hours to 25 hours for all future manufactured aircraft, aiming to improve accident investigation and prevent future incidents.
