FLRA Adopts Final Rule on Privacy Procedures

The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) has adopted a final rule updating procedures for requesting information and responding to requests from the public, reflecting changes in the law and the FLRA's organization since the regulations were last updated, as published in the Federal Register on October 11, 2023.
