EPA Authorizes CAS Access to Confidential Business Information

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), a division of the American Chemical Society, permission to access confidential business information submitted under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
