FDA Proposes Amendments to General Regulations to Include Tobacco Products

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to amend its general regulations to include tobacco products, subjecting them to the same requirements as other FDA-regulated products, in light of its authority under the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (Tobacco Control Act).
