EPA Withdraws Amendments to Hazardous Waste Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing amendments to the Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule, the Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals Rule, and the Definition of Solid Waste Rule due to adverse comments received on the August 9, 2023, direct final rule.
